Job Description: We are actively searching for a talented and dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Performance Marketing and Creative Agency Executive.
- In this position, you will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations, strategies, and overall performance of both our performance marketing agency and creative agency.
- Your role will be pivotal in steering our business growth, fine-tuning marketing campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of creative projects.
- We are looking for an ideal candidate who has a good grasp of performance marketing and creative workflows, with strong leadership capabilities, has a knack for building and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Agency Oversight:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on maximising ROAS, ROI, CAC, and AOV.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, tracking and analysing weekly metrics.
- Monitor and optimise ROAS, ROI, CAC, and AOV on a weekly basis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into strategies with the media agency for improved campaign performance and business growth.
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve predefined KPIs.
- Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and budget management.
- Review and endorse creative concepts, ensuring their alignment with brand guidelines, platform specifications, and campaign objectives on each platform.
- Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
- Utilise research findings to inform marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Strategy Development:
- Participate in the creation of digital marketing strategies tailored to Kiwi’s unique goals and needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Experience (6 months - 1+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
